
We believe in celebrating our land and supporting small-scale, high-quality artisan producers. For this reason, alongside our own products — such as extra virgin olivastro oil, tasty olives, wild asparagus, myrtle liqueur, wild fennel, zucchini flowers, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden, aromatic herbs, fresh eggs, and sheep's milk — we also use local specialities.
These include DOP Spiny Artichokes, DOC Pecorino cheese, Sardinian Provola, suckling pig, lamb, and sheep meat, as well as homemade traditional breads like Pistoccu and Pane Carasau. To complement it all, we offer local wines such as Cannonau red and Vermentino white, both DOC Sardinian wines.


We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. At our property, we offer the perfect start with a selection of fresh, wholesome products: classic fresh bread or wholemeal bread, served with butter; homemade jams and preserves; locally sourced regular or lactose-free yogurt; Sardinian provola cheese; sheep’s ricotta with local honey; traditional sweets and homemade soft cakes.
To drink, you can choose from a classic Italian espresso, American coffee, a selection of herbal teas, mint infusion from our garden, or homemade lemonades.
